A1. Parking for up to 90 cars is available in addition to our helipad which has a capacity of up to 8 aircraft.
A2. We regret that we are unable to offer hotel accommodation, however we can arrange return transport to any local accommodation of your choice.
A3. Children are permitted in all area's however, licensing law prevents children from being adjacent to the bar.
A4. The Clanville Suite can comfortable accommodate 100 guests for a normal dinner and up to 180 for a party or buffet.
A5. A disabled car parking area is located on a tarmac surface adjacent to the patio and Clanville Suite. the flat surface and ramp allows easy access to The Clanville Suite which also provides a disabled toilet. A flat surface is also provided for access in to Bumble's Bistro.
A6. Conference suites are usually available from 8.30 am and function suites from 6.30 pm, however please contact Jennifer North to discuss your particular requirements.
A7. Both the Bumble's Suite and parts of the main bar are non-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted anywhere outside and in The Clanville Suites with prior permission of the organiser.
A8. Once a booking is confirmed and the deposit paid, a face to face meeting is arranged to discuss and finalise details. Further communication can be undertaken by telephone, fax or by email..
A9. Please download the booking form with associated terms and conditions.
A10. Yes, subject to the application being approved by the local authority.
A11. Midnight.
A12. Although the provision of all food and drinks is undertaken by The Red Lion Country Inn, guests are permitted to arrange for their own entertainment subject to the terms and conditions outlined on the booking form.
A13. Yes, although we do request that you refrain from using pins or sticky tape as these tend to damage the paintwork. High level hooks are provided to assist with the hanging of balloons, decorations and banners.
A14. For evening events, we like the music to be turned off by 12.30 am.
A15 For events that go on into the evening, we like all guests to have departed the venue by 1.00 am.
A16. Our 17 seat mini-bus is available at the end of the evening for a local return home service. Travel outside of the local area needs to be organised in advance.
